YAN4232CNC4 4 axis cnc gear shaving machine
Such cnc gear shaving machine/cnc gear creator has following features:
1. it is 4 axis CNC gear shaving machines working by the continuous indexing method.
2. the following are the 4 CNC- controlled axes:
the radial feed (Z- axis),
cutter spindle roation (C- axis),
the tooth taper (B- axis)
and the swiveling motion of the tool post (A- axis).
3.the shaved gears can reach IT6 or better of GB10095-2001 and surface roughness can be superior to Ra0.8.
4.the radial feed is driven by ball-screw of large diameter, high rigidity and high accuracy. Installation position of ball screw is directly aligned with the cutting point of the shaving tool, slide of tool carriage uses large-span linear roller guideway structure, to achieve higher feed precision and machine rigidity.
